All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by email to our official address:
info@eventtroop.com
Cancellations received 30 days or more prior to the event date are eligible for a refund, less an administrative charge of SAR 100.
Cancellations received less than 30 days before the event date, as well as no-shows, are not eligible for a refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within up to two months after the event completion date.
In case of event postponement, registration will remain valid for the new date unless otherwise announced by the organizer.
In case of event cancellation by the organizer, refund or credit options will be communicated officially to all registered participants.
